I proudly trace my family history through several generations, beginning on the maternal side
with an English immigrant who was an indentured servant and on the paternal side with a German immigrant who was a mule trader.
Although I cannot document the names and birthdates of my Cherokee ancestors, I am just as proud of the many generations
of people who were already living in this land that became America when it was settled by Europeans. Beginning in the
1700s, some of my ancestors immigrated to the United States from England, Germany, Ireland, and possibly France. May
God continue to bless America, the land that has been home to many generations of my family.

September 22, 2000 Most of our ancestors were not famous but all of them were important, just as every human
being living today is important. We are all God's children. I'll include some information about distant ancestors that may
make you feel as if you knew these people who lived before you were born. I don't guarantee the absolute accuracy of everything
on these pages, but I am telling the truth as I know it. Some stories handed down for generations, and even some names, may
be inaccurate.
